Cool if you truly feel that way. Usally it's only about hate for one side or the other. What ever group is in the wh will get the hate from the other side. The fun part too me is when they both pull the same crap but some of the members of one side are blind to that fact and can only see fault in the other side. What we truly need is new rules and laws on the hooks if the ones we have are not working.
as usual, very succinctly said and well-thought out.
I don't. That's why I think it is ridiculous to believe in it. If supernatural processes/deities are to be believed, they should be evident. Otherwise there is zero reason to believe. It would just be humans trying to convince other humans about something they can't prove.
Yep I live in Sweden. I would say religion have "lost" here, an overwhelming majority of society doesn't want religion meddling in their life, and they for the most part don't.
just had a moment of *evilness*....find a local biker bar, preferably one that specializes in bears. And see if anyone there is interested in the business card with the four digit numbers on the back, cause it has this AMAZING view.
Where is the evidence that a global flood has occurred within the last 10 000 years?
That being said, I do think churches and ministries do a ton of measurable good (we learned religious orgs dwarf FEMA in responding to catastrophes, for example), even moreso than government and provides a lot of free volunteer labor. They'd probably do it anyway, even without tax savings. AND, frankly, I think they'd prove to be more of a witness to society serving without that tax break that some complain about. But, make no mistake, if all those taxes DO get paid by churches, I'm extremely cynical about that money being used well. I'm sure there'd be a ton of waste.
Both are interesting views (from yourself and Irrevenant) - from still-searching, open perspectives - and mix together quite well as responses to the thread-question.
So they can inflict even further damage on our once great province?
Yes, you would know. You MUST be looking in the mirror.
Me neither. I got more outdoorsy as an adult. Never killed anyone either! A miracle! Praise him!
Good observation Rick....I am a centrist who knows that far left is just as crazybad as far right. I know that politically its impossible to please everybody but being a centrist means you gotta do what you gotta do but don't hurt a lot of people doing it....In the meantime...Oskee Wee Wee to you too!
Nothing in this world is free of consequences.
The phrase "multiply according to their kind" means to increase the numbers of already existing species, and does not allow for, in fact explicitly contradicts, the idea of speciation.
how was his suffering any worse than anybody else crucified?
Well, Kaepernick is paying the consequences for not doing it and i am happy about that:)
Yup. Another one also called the cops on an investor that was inspecting a house. Didn't matter to her that he had the paperwork, contract, written permission from the owner, etc. Cops show up, they do their job, tell the lady to piss off and leave the guy alone.
